D.A.V. Barara has been imparting a Value Based Education since 1990 in a remote area. We aim at inculcation of Vedic Culture and Moral values among children with the help of Shivirs, Hawan and Rallies. On the other hand up-to-date information of Science and Technology is being also imparted to face today’s competitive era.  D.A.V. Barara is a centre of learning by creativity and innovations. Now it is a hub of scholastic and co-scholastic activities and maintains the glorious history of D.A.V. movement in remote area. We firmly believe in openness of mind and dignity of conduct and character, keeping in mind social, economic cultural and linguistic diversity and enable the students to realize their role in building society. Keeping in mind the concept of change, we introspect ourselves time to time and innovate new reforming system to keep pace with the changing time by introducing different cells in different areas. We do not impose our thoughts and beliefs on students rather we let the child free to think, to feel, to reason and to analyses the things with the help of Mind & Hearts by innovations and activities. We believe in harmonious growth so that the child go through the ups and downs of life in an optimistic and determined manner. As a whole our students are serving society and nations as Engineers, Doctors and Administrators in many fields. Recently our one student was selected in IIT, Rurkee.
